High‐order subharmonic injection locking using a rotary topological defect in an oscillator lattice loop

This study proposes a scheme for high-order subharmonic injection locking in tunnel diode oscillator lattice loop. The loop supports rotary pulse resulting from mutual synchronization between the component oscillators. A topological defect form of dislocation is observed to rotate within direction opposite that background pulse. mutually synchronized with In addition, velocity considerably slower than Upon behavior using an external oscillator, can also be locked via same oscillator. facilitates oscillating through intermediation defect. Herein, operation principle described, followed by its experimental validation.
